UAZ signed agreements with Zaporizhzhya and Kherson regions
Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant signed cooperation agreements with Zaporizhzhya and Kherson regions. It is aimed at expanding the service network and ensuring timely deliveries of spare parts, especially for utility and service vehicles. The company reported about it in its Telegram-channel on January 23.
The documents were signed by CEO of UAZ Alexei Spirin, Governor of Zaporizhzhya region Yevgeni Balitsky and Governor of Kherson region Vladimir Saldo.
In honor of the beginning of cooperation the heads of regions were presented with certificates for manufacturing and free transfer of any vehicle from UAZ model line. The staff of the plant was awarded the medal "For merits to Zaporizhzhya region".
On December 11 last year it was reported that the first official UAZ dealership center was opened in the Donetsk People's Republic (DNR), where residents of the region will be able to service and repair their cars. The head of the DNR, Denis Pushilin, said that the Ulyanovsk automobile plant would establish direct deliveries of vehicles to the region and provide warranty and service support.
