A social premiere of Litvinov's comedy "Vasily" took place in Moscow
A social premiere of the adventure comedy "Vasily" directed by Dmitry Litvinenko took place in Moscow. The picture was presented by her team and performers of the main roles - actors Alexander Petrov and Barbara de Rehil.
"Vasily" - the debut of the director of the picture in full meter. Even recently, the name Litvinenko was on the rumor in connection with the release of the series "Give show" with Milos Bikovich in the title role. Therefore, the way the movie sounds, for Litvinenko is not of the least importance. In his comedy, familiar Russian songs take on a Mexican mood.
"We were looking for music for our tone. Very quickly 'I Love You to Tears' and Magomayev's song 'Wedding' came up. We translated them into Spanish and tested it with Mexican sound producers. We would send them songs in Russian and ask them, 'Could it sound in Spanish?"' - said Litvinenko.
Performing the role of Bonita Mexican actress de Rejil specially flew to Russia for the first time.
"It's very cold here for me! Right now I'm freezing. But I fell in love with Russia! Moscow is stunningly beautiful!" - she admitted to journalists.
According to the director of the picture, the actress for the role of Bonita was looking for a long time. If the Russian actors were already well known, the Mexican market was unknown to Litvinov. But as soon as he saw Barbara de Rehil, he realized that she fits perfectly.
"I looked and said: "Wow! Oh, my God!" And when she flew into the audition, sweeping everything in her path like a whirlwind, a hurricane, read this text that she didn't know, I called the producers from Mexico and said: "I beg you, please, let's stop the casting, let's fight and fight for her." She, like Sasha, is the heart of this story," Litvinenko told Izvestia.
