A fire broke out at an oil terminal in Iran
In the Iranian city of Rey, an oil terminal with about 18,000 tons of oil caught fire, Mehr news agency reported on January 22, citing the head of the national oil products marketing company.
According to firefighters, the situation is under control and the fire has been localized.
The causes of the fire are not specified.
Earlier, on November 25, 2024, in the west of Turkey, there was an explosion at the oil refinery of the company Tupras. After that, a fire started at the facility. The fire was extinguished the same day, no casualties were reported.
