In Cote d'Ivoire, at least 15 people were killed and 23 injured in a road accident when a bus and a truck collided. This was reported on January 21 by the publication Fratmat.
"A serious traffic accident that occurred on the road Daloa in the direction of Duékoué-Daloa, led to the death of about 15 people," - written in the message.
It is specified that the accident occurred in the early hours of the morning. Fire brigades are working at the scene. They evacuated the surviving passengers. All the injured were taken to the nearest hospitals.
Earlier, on December 7, 2024, it became known that 26 people were killed and 28 suffered as a result of an accident involving two minibuses in Côte d'Ivoire. It was specified that all the injured were sent to the hospital in the city of Issia.
