One person was killed and 21 injured on the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic (DNR) during the day due to attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was reported by the head of the DNR Denis Pushilin on January 20.
"In the settlement of Verkhnetoretskoye of Yasinovatskiy municipal district, a man born in 1952 was killed when an explosive object was dropped from an AFU drone on a passenger car," Pushilin wrote in his Telegram channel.
In addition, the AFU used barrel artillery when shelling the Central City district of Gorlovka, nine women and two men were injured. In the Nikitovsky district of the same city, Ukrainian militants dropped an explosive object from a drone, young men born in 2004 and 2003 sustained moderate injuries.
In addition, on the Svetlodarsk-Novolugansk highway there was an attack by an AFU attack drone, eight employees of the Donbassgaz company were injured. In addition, the Ukrainian military shelled the Soviet district of Makeyevka and Volnovakha with shells of HIMARS multiple rocket launcher system of 227 mm caliber.
