A press conference of the Unique Russia exhibition was held in Moscow
A press conference dedicated to the V Art and Industry Exhibition-Forum "Unique Russia" was held at the TASS press center on January 15, 2025. The event will be held from January 23 to February 9, 2025 in Gostiny Dvor.
About the business and cultural programs of the exhibition, the geography of participants, as well as the preservation of the diversity of cultures and folk art of the multinational country told:
- Evgeny Sidin, Deputy Director of the Department of State Regulation of the Precious Metals and Gemstones Industry of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation,
- Galina Ananyina, President of the Foundation for the Development of Artistic Industry and Jewelry Art,
- Chairman of the organizing committee of the exhibition-forum "Unique Russia", Chairman of the Board of the Association of Organizations of Folk Arts, Craftsmen and Artists "Heritage and Traditions" Sergey Kolomiytsev,
- Director of the exhibition-forum "Unique Russia", Director of the "Unique Country" Foundation Valery Bogomolov,
- Alexei Komarov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Heritage and Traditions Association, member of the Federal Expert Council for Crafts under the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade,
- People's Artist of the RSFSR Anna Shatilova.
Director of the exhibition-forum "Unique Russia" Valery Bogomolov noted that the exhibition is becoming more and more popular every year. If the first "Unique Russia" was attended by 23 thousand people, then in May 2024 - already 60 thousand. In 2025 the scale will become even more noticeable: the participants alone will be more than 4 thousand. 102 events and more than 50 special projects are planned, including exhibitions, master classes, concerts and much more. Russian President Vladimir Putin noted this scale in his greeting to the participants of the event.
Sergey Kolomiytsev stated: "Unique Russia" is now the largest exhibition in the field of traditional arts and creative industries in the country. "We will have the Golden Hands of Russia competition, as well as a series of spectacular fashion shows," he noted. - Russians are increasingly interested in clothes and jewelry from Russian designers, and the best of them can be seen at the exhibition. Talented masters not only create cultural codes, but also form new trends in art. Most of our participants are permanent, because there are not so many masters of the highest level. We strive to bring them all together."
Then the speaker mentioned the patriotic event "Blue Handkerchief", which will also be held as part of "Unique Russia". As part of this action, each participant of the exhibition will be able to sew a medical kerchief with their own hands and support the fighters of the NWO.
The organizers of the exhibition are the Fund for the preservation and development of culture, traditional spiritual and moral values, historical memory "Unique Country", the Association of organizations of folk arts, craftsmen and artists "Heritage and Traditions", the Fund for the development of the art industry and jewelry art.
