The U.S. Democratic Party has a future even after the Republicans win the elections for the head of state and Congress - the current vice president Kamala Harris and her associates will not give up without a fight. This opinion was shared with "Izvestia" on January 20 by Ruslan Andreev, expert of Polylog Group, political consultant.

The day before, incumbent President Joe Biden said during a speech in South Carolina that he is not tired and "will not go anywhere." The politician also noted that he is not tired at all and is as passionate about work as he was in his 29 years.

"There is a future for the symbolic Biden - a globalist project of domination by the American establishment with a web of organizations around the world, control over social media and breakthrough technologies, and thus every person on Earth. <...> However, Harris and the globalist Democrats will not give up without a fight, they ruled the U.S. for half of Biden's presidency while he was on medical treatment and vacation. They were going to govern for another four years," Andreev commented.

Thus, he believes, Trump's victory will only mark the expected right turn in the collective West, signs of which have been observed in Europe for the second year already - for example, right-wing forces enjoy support in Germany, Austria and other countries. However, the publication's interlocutor added, Trump only has power in Congress for two years until new elections.

"That's two years of absolute power. Let's see who will be stronger - the toad or the viper," the expert summarized.

Earlier, on January 17, NBC reported that the mood in the White House, which is preparing to leave Biden, resembles the situation in the morgue. The publication notes that the outgoing leader is in an absolutely depressed state, as well as his entourage.

Before that, on January 15, Biden made a farewell 17-minute speech, addressing the nation. During the speech, he pointed out the dangers of strengthening the oligarchy, proposed to change the U.S. Constitution and said that he had managed to preserve the freedom of Ukraine. At the same time, the speaker of the US House of Representatives, Mike Johnson, called Biden's legacy the migration crisis, persecution of opponents and strengthening of Washington's enemies.
