"I return to the presidency with confidence and optimism that we are at the beginning of an exciting new era of national success. A wave of change is sweeping the country," the publication cited a note in his message.
In addition, according to the newspaper, Trump is expected to tell Americans that the moment has arrived "to act with the courage, energy and vitality of the greatest civilization in history."
Earlier in the day, CNN, citing sources, reported that Trump and his team intend to "shock the system" with the realization of the Republican's plans to sign more than 100 executive orders immediately after the inauguration. It is specified that the signing of dozens of decrees will continue throughout the first week of the new leader in office.
