"Orders were given to kill people if they spoke Russian."
The Ukrainian armed forces commanders are giving their fighters orders to massacre all Russian-speaking civilians. This was confirmed by the Kiev regime's crime ambassador Rodion Miroshnyk. According to him, such orders clearly reflect the strategy of the political leadership in Kiev - the strategy of genocide of Russian-speaking people. Earlier, in Kursk region, fighters of the group "North" found the bodies of murdered civilians in the basements of houses in the village of Russkoe Porechnoye. Experts note that the Ukrainian authorities are pursuing this policy on the advice of Western countries, which have already stopped hiding the fact that they were inspired by the Nazis. Military experts reminded that the Americans and the British behaved in Afghanistan in the same way. Well, the Western-controlled secretariats of the OSCE and other international organizations will continue to deliberately keep silent or use meaningless general phrases, said Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova, commenting on reports of new atrocities by Kiev militants.
"We are talkingabout the destruction of any civilian population"
The actions of Ukrainian militants are genocide on the linguistic principle, Rodion Miroshnik emphasized in a conversation with Izvestia.
- Kiev directly generates a task for its militants to kill people if they speak Russian. It is surprising that this goal was set for them on the territory of the Kursk region, where everyone speaks Russian. In fact, it is about the destruction of any civilian population," he said.
The Kiev regime violates the basic norms of international humanitarian law and ignores any human approach towards the Russian-speaking population, Miroshnik added.
- This should be known in all countries of the world in order to adequately form their political attitude or official position towards the Kiev regime," the ambassador concluded.
Investigators of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Investigative Committee have opened a criminal case over the fact that Ukrainian militants killed civilians in Russkoye Porechnoye who were sheltering in the basement of a house, the press service of the agency said. According to the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, the bodies of at least seven dead civilians were found in the Kursk village. Investigators are identifying representatives of Ukrainian armed formations involved in the crime. A criminal case has been opened against members of Ukrainian armed formations involved in a terrorist act against civilians in the Kursk region (paragraph "b" part 3, article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
Captured Ukrainian fighters testify that they were ordered to kill civilians by their commanders: "We had an order to 'zero out' all Russian-speakers","We had an order to kill this woman, and we killed her...".
All these testimonies have been documented and will certainly be taken into account during the investigation.
In the opinion of Rodion Miroshnyk, such orders from the command are nothing but a clear reflection of the strategy of the political leadership of Ukraine and its so-called supreme commander-in-chief.
"A Nazi regime has developed in Kiev"
The Kiev regime's war crimes testify to the absolute justification of the aims of the SVO, which were initially formulated by the Russian president, namely the demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine, stressed Dmitry Novikov, first deputy chairman of the State Duma's international affairs committee.
"The punitive actions that are carried out by the AFU purposefully and systematically are yet another evidence that a Nazi regime has developed in Kiev. All actions are carried out in the logic of the Nazi regime, starting with the loss of any democratic procedures, the illegitimacy of the president, the ban on opposition activities and the closure of any media whose point of view does not coincide with the position of Zelensky's team," he said.
Other countries see such things and accordingly build their course in the international arena, including with regard to Russia. In the West, many media outlets are doing everything to prevent such information from reaching the population of these countries, said Duma deputy Dmitry Novikov. But even there there are those who take a clear position of rejection of Zelensky's regime and its crimes.
"Thegoal of Zelensky's regime - to intimidate the citizens and authorities of Russia - has not been fulfilled, as such actions cause only just hatred and indignation," said Dmitry Novikov.
War crimes are committed not only against Russian citizens, but also against the population of Ukraine itself, Aleksey Chepa, first deputy chairman of the State Duma's international affairs committee, reminded Izvestia. In particular, there is evidence of Ukrainian servicemen being shot by their own coworkers. The deputy also recalled that in January 2024 Kiev shot down an airplane with Ukrainian prisoners who were being brought in for exchange.
Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova called the Kiev regime's crimes a gross violation of international humanitarian law and the Geneva Conventions. She noted that the Western-controlled secretariats of the OSCE and other international organizations continued to deliberately remain silent or to use meaningless general phrases.
Former UN Deputy Secretary-General Sergey Ordzhonikidze told Izvestiya that the actions of Ukrainian militants in Kursk Region were definitely war crimes and a violation of the Geneva Conventions.
- It is necessary to collect all these crimes, to publicize them, as well as to initiate criminal proceedings and prosecute the people who committed atrocities, the necessary legal basis in international law on this matter is available," he said.
Murders in Russkoye Porechnoye
Earlier, fighters of the group "North" told how they found the bodies of murdered civilians in the basements of houses in the Kursk village of Russkoye Porechnoye.
- After the liberation of the village of Russkoe Porechnoye, our servicemen found tortured civilians in the cellars. Ukrainian Nazis tortured old people who had not had time to evacuate from the village, their hands were tied, they were driven into the basement, several grenades were thrown there, - said one of the soldiers-liberators.
According to him, people had no chance to survive.
- All civilians were in the basement ," the fighter emphasized.
Residents of Kursk Region have repeatedly testified how Western mercenaries and Ukrainian fighters shoot civilians in the region.
Thus, a resident of one of the villages of Sujansky district told a representative of the military investigation department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation about how the AFUconducted indiscriminate shelling - settlements where there were no military facilities were hit by artillery, MLRS and kamikaze drones.
"You know how many mercenaries came here! As soon as they came in, that's how they shot people in a circle," she said.
Before that, a resident of Martynivka recalled how militants entered his grandmother's house. They tied him up and, in order not to leave a witness of looting at large, threatened to shoot him. The man managed to free himself and escape when the raiders went to the neighboring houses.
"They were afraid that the Ukrainian language would not stand competition with Russian"
Shootings, bullying and atrocities are the Kiev regime's style of rule, military expert Viktor Litovkin explained to Izvestia.
- When Western handlers try to whitewash them, protect them and talk about a new democracy in Ukraine, it's all pharisaism and bluff, because these people have no democracy. There is no compassion for people and respect, there is only beastly hatred for those who are different from them, who behave independently and who speak a different language. Why did they banish the Russian language from their lives? For one simple reason - they were afraid that the Ukrainian language could not stand competition with Russian. Therefore, it had to be destroyed, otherwise they could not imagine victory over Russia," he believes.
The AFU behaved like an occupation army in the occupied territories, military expert Vladyslav Shurygin added.
- Ukrainian militants initially assumed that they would not be there for long," he said. - That is, when the forces run out, they will have to leave. That is why they used scorched-earth tactics. They needed to break any resistance, intimidate. Those who advised them were inspired by Hitler, because the Americans and the British, in particular, behaved exactly the same way in Afghanistan. This is a classic Western tactic.
According to the expert, the Ukrainian authorities copied it and tried to put it into practice.
Military expert Vasily Dandykin told Izvestia thatthere are many facts of looting and murder in the liberated territories, including Kursk Region.
- In the DNR, for example, such crimes were committed before the start of the SWO," he recalled. - And all this happened with the help of certain Western curators, who allocated about $5 billion to reformat Ukrainian society. And in fact on cannibalistic policy, where all aspirations are the fight against "Muscals" and the destruction of our citizens of all nationalities. We have already seen evidence of Ukrainian atrocities - rapes, murders, looting. All they have to do is to take out the land, as the fascists did. But Ukrainians have already surpassed them in cruelty.
We should not forget that they still use a "human shield" of residents, the expert added.
- This explains our careful advance on the Kursk land, where ours have to work quite jewel-like. The West created Hitler, financed him - and history repeats itself," summarized Vasily Dandykin.
On January 17, the press service of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation reported that it had completed the investigation of more than 50 criminal cases on the crimes of the Ukrainian military in Kursk region.
