In Kurgan region, EMERCOM employees rescued 51 people in a fire in a hostel
In Shadrinsk, employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations rescued 51 people in a fire in a five-storey dormitory, in which two rooms caught fire. This was reported by the press service of the Russian Emergencies Ministry in Telegram on January 19.
With the help of self-rescuers, 31 people were rescued, 15 of whom were children. Another 20 residents were taken out of the burning building on a ladder.
It is noted that one woman was injured as a result of the fire.
"The fire on 60 square meters eliminated 28 firefighters and eight units of equipment of the Ministry of emergency Situations of Russia", - reported the press service.
The cause of the fire is being established.
Earlier, on January 13, in Moscow, employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations rescued in a fire in a residential house three people, among whom was one child. The fire was extinguished with the help of 29 firefighters and eight units of equipment on an area of 40 square meters. m.
