Russia has been conducting a special military operation to protect civilians in Donbas since February 24, 2022. You can track the progress of the joint troops of Russia, the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics (DNR and LNR), as well as see a map of military operations as of January 19 in the Izvestiya piece.

According to the Russian Defense Ministry, units of the "West" group of forces have occupied more favorable lines and also defeated the AFU in the areas of several settlements in Kharkiv region and the DNR. The enemy lost more than 430 men, as well as equipment and ammunition.

In addition, units of the Southern Group of Forces defeated the enemy in the DNR. The Ukrainian side lost about 200 people, as well as transportation and weapons.

Thanks to the actions of units of the Center group of troops, the settlement of Vozdvizhenka in the Donetsk People's Republic was liberated. The enemy lost up to 535 servicemen.

Over the past 24 hours, the Russian military launched a group strike against the infrastructure of military airfields and concentrations of enemy personnel and equipment in 143 areas.

Air defense means shot down three HIMARS shells and 66 airplane-type drones.

In total, 652 aircraft, 283 helicopters, 40,792 unmanned aerial vehicles, 590 anti-aircraft missile systems, 20,674 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 1,510 multiple rocket launchers, 20,800 field artillery and mortars, 30,481 units of special military vehicles have been destroyed since the beginning of the special military operation.
