Bogomaz reported the destruction of two more UAVs over the Bryansk Region

Air defense forces have destroyed two more drones over the territory of Bryansk region. This was reported by the governor of the region Alexander Bogomaz on January 18.

"Two more aircraft-type UAVs have been destroyed over the territory of the Bryansk region by air defense forces of the Russian Defense Ministry," he wrote in his Telegram channel.

Bogomaz specified that there were no casualties or damage as a result of the attack, and emergency services are working on the site.

Earlier in the day Bogomaz said that air defense forces destroyed two Ukrainian drones. Before that, the Russian Defense Ministry reported the elimination of seven UAVs.

Ukrainian militants are trying to strike Russian territories against the background of the special operation in Donbass, the start of which was announced on February 24, 2022. The decision was taken due to the aggravation of the situation in the region due to shelling by the Ukrainian military.
