One child killed and one injured in a road accident with a car and a pitbike in Perm Krai

A child was killed and another injured in a road accident involving a pitbike and a passenger car in the Perm region. This was reported in the press service of the Main Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the region on January 17.

It is preliminarily established that the collision occurred on the road Lyady - Trinity. The car brand Nissan drove into the oncoming lane, where it collided with a mini-pitbike, on which there were two underage boys.

"As a result of the accident, the boy born in 2009, who was driving the mini-motorcycle, was hospitalized with injuries. His passenger born in 2013 died," - stated in the message of the press service in the Telegram-channel.

After the collision, the driver of the car fled the scene. Police officers made his detention. Also in the department noted that the suspect in the commission of a hit-and-run refused to undergo medical examination.
