Three educational facilities will be built on the site of the former MiG plant in Moscow

In Moscow under the program of complex development of territories (CDT) will build three objects of education on the site of the former plant "MiG". This was reported on Friday, January 17, by Vladimir Efimov, Deputy Mayor of the capital for urban policy and construction.

Within the framework of reorganization of the territory with the area of 63.55 hectares there will appear balanced quarters, where housing and related infrastructure will be built. The total area of educational facilities will be more than 70 thousand square meters, reports the agency of city news "Moscow". Schools and kindergartens, which will be built, will be able to attend 2.8 thousand students and 750 pupils.

The territory is located at the intersection of Marshal Shaposhnikov Street, 1st Botkinsky Proyezd and Leningradsky Prospect. The metro stations "Dinamo" and "Petrovsky Park" are located across the road. On the territory is realized the concept of "15-minute city", thanks to which the residents of the Begovoy district will have everything they need in walking distance, writes NSN.

Moscow realizes at different stages already 236 projects of CRT. This is a total of more than 3.1 thousand hectares, specifies the site kp.ru.

In October, Vladimir Efimov said that more than 37 thousand jobs will be created in Moscow on seven projects KRT. The plots are located in the western, northern, south-western parts of the city, as well as in the Troitsk district, notes 360.ru.
