The court recovered more than 69 million rubles in favor of People's Artist of Russia Larisa Dolina in a criminal case of fraud with the singer's apartment. This was reported on January 17 in the press service of the Moscow prosecutor's office.

"The court satisfied the statement of claim of the Prosecutor's office of the Central administrative district of Moscow in the interests of the People's artist of the Russian Federation, who became a victim of fraudsters", - stated in the message of the department in Telegram-channel.

Money to the artist will be returned by the owners of bank accounts, which received the money stolen by fraud. In this case, the defendants are two defendants.

"From the defendants <...> will be recovered unjust enrichment and interest for the use of alien funds for a total amount of more than 69 million rubles," - noted the agency.

Earlier, on December 25, 2024, the Main Directorate (GU) of the Russian Interior Ministry in Moscow reported the detention in Togliatti of another alleged accomplice in the scheme of embezzlement of funds from Dolina. He was taken into custody the same day.

On August 13 last year, Dolina stated that she had fallen victim to fraudsters. Attackers persuaded her to sell an apartment in the center of Moscow, and transfer the money to a supposedly safe account. A criminal case has been opened and the real estate has been seized.

Angela Tsyrulnikova, 53, through whom Dolina transferred part of the funds to the fraudsters, was arrested at the same time. The second defendant - 43-year-old Dmitry Leontiev - was detained on October 22, and on November 21, the third defendant - 27-year-old previously convicted resident of Tatarstan - was detained.

The new owner of the apartment was 34-year-old single mother Polina Lurie. In late August, Dolina filed a lawsuit against her, and on September 3, Lurie filed a counterclaim. In November, it became known that Lurie wanted to reach an amicable settlement.
