The School of Management of Nonprofit Organizations and the Center for Development of Digital Services of the Presidential Grants Foundation will appear in St. Petersburg. The organizations will be engaged in training grantees.

At a meeting with Governor Alexander Beglov, leaders of socially oriented non-profit organizations of the city came up with the idea of creating such a platform.

They see the need to create a platform where non-profit organizations could finalize their projects under the guidance of more experienced colleagues, and later - to receive funding.

Beglov promised to raise this issue at the federal level. According to him, NPOs perform important work in almost all spheres of life. They are especially active in solving non-standard tasks, when state structures need more time to reorganize, reports TV channel "78".

It is planned that the School and the Center will help NGOs not only in St. Petersburg, but throughout the country, and large important projects will reach a qualitatively new level.

December 20, Vladimir Putin said at a meeting of the State Council that the family mortgage will be extended to the purchase of secondary housing in regions where almost no new houses are built. Otherwise, the President instructed to leave the preferential family mortgage at 6% "without any exceptions".
