The driver of an SUV, which rammed the doors of a temple in Vladivostok, as well as crashed into several parked cars, was taken into custody. This was reported on January 17 by the prosecutor's office of the Primorsky Krai.

"Taking into account the position of the prosecutor, the accused is remanded in custody for two months," - stated in the Telegram-channel of the department.

According to the prosecutor's office, the figure will be in custody until the end of March.

Theincident in Vladivostok occurred earlier on January 15. Inspectors quickly arrived at the scene, but the man behind the wheel did not get out of the car and continued driving. He collided with a patrol car and a bus, and then tried to escape. The car in which the man was traveling was stolen. A criminal case under several articles was initiated against the defendant.
