The first Haval M6 kits have been delivered to the plant in Kaluga
The plant "Automobile Technologies" in Kaluga received the first machine kits of Haval M6, the company is preparing for serial production of crossovers. This was reported by "Rossiyskaya Gazeta" on January 17.
As noted earlier, large-unit assembly of Haval M6 will begin in Kaluga in February, and the appearance of cars at dealers is possible in March. In the future, stamping, welding and painting may be organized at the plant in the production of this model.
It is noted that Haval M6 is the second most affordable crossover brand after Jolion among those that are officially presented in the Russian market. The length of the car is 4664 mm with a wheelbase of 2680 mm, under the hood is a 1.5-liter engine with 143 hp. The version with a manual transmission will cost 2.18 million rubles, and with a robotized transmission - 2.3 million rubles.
Earlier in the day it was reported that the company GAC in the spring of 2025 will begin sales in Russia crossover GS8 in a new modification Traveller. The modification has passed certification and received Approval of type of vehicle (OTTS).
The day before it became known that in Russia will begin sales of a new modification of the crossover Jetour T2, which is equipped with an eight-speed automatic transmission. The new configuration is called Discovery.
