The annual holiday "Winter Day of Moscow sports" will be held in "Luzhniki" on February 2. This is reported on January 17 on the website of the mayor of Moscow.
As part of the event, visitors are expected to draw prizes, entertainment programs, sports discos and zumba classes. In addition, Russian artists will perform on stage, including headliners Alsu and Mitya Fomin.
For guests and residents of the capital are prepared 12 different activities, including curling, hockey dribbling, snowshoe races, fun starts, ski and snowboard simulators, laser biathlon, snow darts, figure skating, snowboarding, snow volleyball, winter bowling with valenki and toboggan races.
There will also be a special program for children, which will include a snowman sculpting contest, a ride on a large winter steam train and other entertainment.
The holiday "Winter Day of Moscow Sports" will be held from 11:00 to 19:00 at the address: Luzhniki Street, house number 24, building 4.
Earlier, on January 16, the mayor of the capital Sergey Sobyanin told about the sports cultural festivals of the project "Winter in Moscow". So, from January 18 to February 23 in the capital's parks, on yard and festival grounds will open family sports games "Moscow Winter". The program includes training, master classes and competitions in the fresh air. They include an obstacle course, tag rugby, sumo in the snow and towns.
On January 25, "Luzhniki" will become the center of the Winter Festival of School Sports. Ski races and master classes will be held here.
