As a result of a fire in the apartment of a multi-storey residential building in Stavropol, a six-year-old child was injured. About it on January 16 reported in the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia.

"In Stavropol on the fourth floor of a high-rise apartment caught fire. With burns a six-year-old boy was hospitalized," - stated in the message of the press service in Telegram-channel.

It is specified that, according to preliminary information, the fire occurred because the child without adult supervision dabbled with a lighter. Specialists managed to extinguish the fire. At the scene worked 22 employees of the fire department and six units of equipment.
