In Mytishchi (Moscow region), a two-storey brick apartment building, previously recognized as an emergency building, has been demolished. This is reported by the Committee for Architecture and Urban Planning of the Moscow Region.

We are talking about the building on Akademika Kargin Street, 26a. After the recognition of the house as an emergency, the object was included in the municipal address program "Resettlement of citizens from dilapidated and emergency housing stock in the Mytishchi urban district". The building was resettled.

"The house was built in 1957. The total area of the residential structure was about 400 square meters. m. Over time, the technical and operational indicators of the building critically decreased," - explained the reason for the demolition of the Minister of the Government of the Moscow region on architecture and urban planning Vladislav Gordienko.

As specified by the Internet edition "Podmoskovye Segodnya", the workers have already fully completed the dismantling. The site has been released, the construction debris has been removed and utilized. The demolition was carried out as part of the work to identify and eliminate the objects of unfinished, unauthorized construction and emergency buildings.

In the fall "Izvestia" wrote that in Russia developed a bill with new approaches to the resettlement of citizens from emergency houses. A significant addition is the emergence of regional operators for this purpose, which will unify the hiring of contractors.
