Putin approved the composition of commissions for veterans and disabled persons
Russian Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova has been appointed head of the new commissions for veterans and disabled persons. The corresponding document, signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin, was published on the official portal of legal information on January 16.
"To approve the attached: a) the composition of the presidential commission on veterans' affairs; b) the composition of the presidential commission on the disabled," the text of the document reads.
Minister of Labor and Social Security Anton Kotyakov was appointed deputy chairman of the commissions on veterans and the disabled.
Earlier, on June 14, 2024, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin appointed Deputy Prime Minister Golikova chairman of the board of the Federal Fund for Social and Economic Support of National Cinematography. Prior to her, this position was held by Vladimir Tolstoy, former cultural adviser to the Russian President.
