New kindergartens will appear in four districts of Krasnoyarsk

Krasnoyarsk authorities have concluded seven more contracts for improvement of city infrastructure within the framework of complex development of territories at the initiative of investors. This was reported by the press service of the Mayor's Office on Thursday, January 16.

We are talking about plots in Sverdlovsky, Central, Sovetsky and Oktyabrsky districts. The territories with the area from 1.1 to 9.8 hectares are owned by developers.

Thus, four kindergartens will be built on Priboynaya, Skladskaya, Podzolkova and Stadionnaya streets. After completion of works the institutions will be handed over to the city. Social obligations of investors are specified in each document.

According to KrasnoyarskMedia IA, the developers will also have to erect premises for educational organizations for 190 places and hand over 50 apartments for resettlers from emergency housing.

All contracts were considered at a special commission. The meeting was attended by heads and specialists of various structures of the city administration, representatives of ministries of the region, resource supplying organizations, service for state protection of cultural heritage objects and deputies of the City Council.

Earlier in January it was reported that 15 streets located in the historical center will be improved in Krasnoyarsk. The works will start in the current 2025 and will be held in preparation for the celebration of the 400th anniversary of the city.
