A spotted boa constrictor was found in a hotel in Moscow
Rescuers caught an imperial boa constrictor in one of Moscow hotels in the Otradnoye district. This was reported by the press service of the Moscow Department of Civil Defense, Emergencies and Fire Safety on Thursday, January 16.
According to 360.ru, a spotted snake was found in the hotel "Voskhod". The reptile was in the kitchen of the hotel under the countertop, specifies Life.Ru.
"The calculation of ASO № 3 of the capital's Fire and Rescue Center went to the scene. Upon arrival, rescuers in personal protective equipment carefully caught the reptile, which turned out to be an imperial boa constrictor. According to the rescuers themselves, the reptile throughout the operation kept a truly royal calm and did not resist its movement", - quotes the message of the agency of city news "Moscow".
The department specified that the boa constrictor was not injured. The reptile plans to transfer to the center of overstaying wild animals.
Earlier, in January 2024, a resident of Lipetsk found a snake in her apartment. She called the rescue service at 112 and asked to catch the uninvited guest. The operation was carried out by specialists from the Department for the Protection and Use of Wildlife and Aquatic Bioresources.
