Krasnoyarsk will improve 15 streets located in the historical center. The works will start in the current 2025 and will be held in preparation for the celebration of the 400th anniversary of the city, reports the press service of the administration of the regional center on Thursday, January 16.

We are talking about the sections crossing Mira Avenue. These are streets Karatanov, Surikov, Perenson, Dictatorship of the Proletariat, Defense, January 9, Profsoyuzov and others.

All streets will be decorated in the same style. As KrasnoyarskMedia IA notes, their appearance will be similar to the Red Army Street. The streets will become comfortable for walking, safe and convenient for all groups of population.

For example, passages to houses and yards will be made with smooth drops to transitions. The streets will be equipped with video surveillance, drainage gutters and street furniture. It is also planned to plant shrubs, lawns and hedges.

Now the projects will be sent for examination of the estimated cost. Then the search for contractors will begin. Before the beginning of all works with the owners of buildings will work on bringing the facades of houses in order.

According to plans in the current season will be the first to renew streets Karatanov, Perenson, January 9 and Dzerzhinskogo. Road workers with the help of different types of paving stones will divide the pedestrian part into facade, transit, landscaping areas and technical.

Earlier it was reported that in Krasnoyarsk will build a pedestrian bridge over the railroad tracks on Krasnomoskovskaya Street. The project of the structure will be ready by the end of 2025.
