A woman died in a fire in a residential house in the Irkutsk Region
A fire occurred in a residential house in the settlement of Khalty in the Zalarinsky District of the Irkutsk Region. A 68-year-old woman died in the incident. This was reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the region on January 16.
It is specified that the fire occurred due to the emergency mode of operation of the refrigerator. Earlier, the pensioner refused the free installation of a fire detector, which she was offered by the administration staff.
"The fire on 30 "squares" eliminated five firefighters with the help of two units of equipment", - stated in the Telegram-channel of the Department.
In the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia recommended to monitor the condition of the electrical wiring, install a fire detector, as well as use serviceable electrical equipment.
Earlier, on January 15, a fire in an apartment building in Tula killed a woman and a child. The fire was extinguished, the total area of the fire amounted to 12 square meters. m. Six people were evacuated from the building. At the site worked 16 specialists and five units of equipment. The circumstances of the incident are being established.
