A nine-year-old boy died under a snow blockage in a village in the Krasnoyarsk region. This was reported on January 16 in the GSU of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Krasnoyarsk region and the Republic of Khakassia.

"The investigating authorities received a report about the discovery in a snowdrift in the village of Rosinka in the village of Sharypovsky municipal district of Sharypovsky municipal district the body of a nine-year-old boy without signs of life", - stated in the message in the Telegram-channel.

According to preliminary data, on the afternoon of January 15, the child together with three friends went for a walk. They decided to jump from a snowy hill into a ravine. At some point, a crust of snow collapsed and the boy was buried. The child was pulled out of the snowdrift by local residents and police officers who arrived to help.

A procedural check has been organized on the fact of the incident. Investigators are establishing all the circumstances of the incident.

Earlier, on January 13, the boy was carried away by the current in Surgut, the body of the child has not yet been found. It is specified that two first-graders threw snow into the wormhole from the shore, but then decided to go down. Going out on the river, the boy slipped, and the ice cracked under the children. One of the boys managed to grab the shore and get out on dry land. The second tried to pull himself up, leaning on the ice floe, but the ice flipped over and covered him. The child went under water with his head, after which he was carried away by the current.
