Pomegranate is a fruit with many useful substances, but there are contraindications to its use. About this doctor-dietitologist, cardiologist Margarita Koroleva told on Wednesday, January 15.

"When there is an individual intolerance or allergic reaction to pomegranate or to the membranes that are in the composition of this product. With the seeds it can not be eaten by those who have gastrointestinal diseases," - told in conversation with "Radio 1".

According to the expert, it is better to consume pomegranate between the main main meals.
