The plane flying to Novosibirsk returned to Moscow because of a bomb report
The Boeing-737 airliner, heading from Moscow to Novosibirsk, returned to Sheremetyevo airport because of a passenger's report about a bomb planted in the plane. This was reported by representatives of emergency services on January 15.
"The airplane returned to the airport of departure, the reported bomb is detained," - reports the agency "RIA Novosti".
It is specified that operational services are checking the aircraft. The circumstances of the incident are being established.
Earlier, on January 10, the press service of the Transport Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Central Federal District reported that a criminal case was opened against a passenger of the flight Nizhnekamsk - Moscow, who claimed that he had two explosive devices with him. The passenger who reported a bomb on board the plane was a 42-year-old resident of Naberezhnye Chelny.
