Two settlements in Belgorod Region, the villages of Tishanka and Malomikhailovka, have been subjected to a new strike by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was reported by regional governor Vyacheslav Gladkov on January 15, noting that there were no casualties as a result of the attack.

According to his data, glazing in two residential houses and one commercial facility was damaged in Tishanka, Volokonovsk district. Localized damage to gas and electricity supply lines was also recorded. As a result, residents of one of the streets remained temporarily without light.

"In the Shebekinsky district in the village of Malomikhailovka drone detonated in the yard of a private residence - the windows in the house were blown out," Gladkov added in his Telegram channel.

Information about the consequences is specified. Operational services began work on the ground.

Earlier on January 15, the Russian Defense Ministry indicated that the air defense forces destroyed three Ukrainian drones overnight over Belgorod and Tambov regions.

Prior to that, on January 14, Gladkov reported that three houses and a commercial facility were damaged as a result of an attack by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of the AFU on two villages in the Belgorod region. It was specified that one of the drones exploded in the yard of a private house in the village of Tishanka, the other - in Grafovka, Krasnoyaruzsky district.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) are trying to strike Russian territories against the backdrop of the special operation in Donbass, the start of which was announced on February 24, 2022. The decision was taken due to the aggravation of the situation in the region due to shelling by the Ukrainian military.
