American entrepreneur Ilon Musk has condemned the Democrats for the unfair judicial system in the United States. He published the corresponding post on January 15 on his page in the social network X (former Twitter).

Musk noted that under Democrats, American citizens are prosecuted while real criminals walk free.

"The reality is that many criminals are in government. At least for another five days," the businessman wrote.

Earlier in the day, Musk called the Securities Commission a broken organization after he was sued over allegations of wrongdoing during his acquisition of social network Twitter.

As noted by the Bloomberg agency, the essence of the lawsuit filed against the businessman is the possible fraud during the purchase of the social network. Thus, the businessman is accused that he did not notify about the presence of more than 5% of shares of the social network platform, which would have led to an increase in prices.

The social network Twitter was created in 2006. In October 2022, Musk bought it for $44 billion. In July 2023, the social network was renamed X, while changing its logo and domain name.
