ATOR reported about the resumption of Flydubai flights from Dubai to Minvody and Sochi

Emirates low-cost airline Flydubai will again operate flights from Dubai to Mineralnye Vody and Sochi, the destinations will open on January 23 and 25, respectively. Artur Muradyan, vice president of the Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR), said on January 15 that the same schedule will remain in place for the flights.

"Flydubai resumes in full flights to Mineralnye Vody and Sochi <...> - the official message from the carrier has been received. Flights will be carried out in accordance with the previous schedule," Muradyan said in his Telegram channel.

It is noted that the period of canceled planes fell on the high New Year's season, which significantly added to the work of exchanging tickets for tour operators.

"But it did not critically affect further sales, as January is a traditional lull. So we are looking forward to the actual start of flights," - said the vice-president of ATOR.

December 27, it was reported that Flydubai canceled flights to Dubai from Sochi and Mineralnye Vody from December 28. As reported by ATOR, the situation affects more than 4 thousand passengers, 90% of whom are organized tourists. ATOR referring to tour operator Space Travel noted that tickets from Mineralnye Vody are most often exchanged for a flight from Makhachkala, and passengers from Sochi are offered different options, including Moscow.
