Abnormal frosts are expected in the northern regions of Krasnoyarsk Krai. By the end of January, the air temperature may drop to -41 degrees.

But in Krasnoyarsk and the southern part of the region, on the contrary, warming is expected.

Earlier in the Hydrometeorological Center said that in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District temperatures will be 5-8 degrees below the norm and will be within -33 ... -36 degrees.
