Two people have been injured in Horlivka in the Donetsk People's Republic (DNR) as a result of the dropping of an explosive object from a drone of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (AFU). This was reported by the mayor of the city Ivan Prikhodko on January 15.
"As a result of dropping an explosive object from the UAV of the AFU in the evening of January 14, two civilians of Gorlovka were injured on Internatsionalnaya Street," - stated in a message in the Telegram-channel.
Earlier, on January 14, the head of the DNR Denis Pushilin said that as a result of the AFU shelling two civilians were killed and five more were wounded during the day. It was specified that a man was killed in the Nikitovsky district of Gorlovka when an explosive object was dropped from a Ukrainian drone, another man born in 1968 was killed in drone attacks in the Central City district of the city.
Ukrainian militants have been shelling the territories of the Donetsk and Luhansk people's republics, as well as Zaporizhzhya and Kherson regions on a daily basis amid a special operation to protect Donbass, which Russia announced on February 24, 2022.
