A teenager died in a road accident involving a bus and a truck in Krasnoyarsk Krai

As a result of a road accident involving a bus and a truck in the Kansk district of Krasnoyarsk region, a minor pedestrian was killed. This was reported on January 15 in the press service of the main department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the region.

"The driver of the bus Yotong, moving towards Kansk, while overtaking the truck "KamAZ" allowed a collision with a 17-year-old pedestrian walking on the left side of the road. After the collision, the young man was thrown onto the roadway, where the KamAZ truck collided with him," the press service said in a Telegram channel.

It is specified that the pedestrian died before the arrival of medical help. According to traffic officers, the collision probably occurred because the minor lacked reflective elements on his clothes.

Investigators opened a criminal case under part 3 of article 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Violation of the rules of road traffic and operation of vehicles").

Earlier, on January 14, it was reported that one person was killed in an accident involving a carsharing car in St. Petersburg. The circumstances of the accident are being established.
