Governor Gusev reported the destruction of a drone over Voronezh

Air defense and electronic warfare (EW) means have eliminated a drone over the territory of Voronezh. This was reported by the governor of the region Alexander Gusev on January 14.

"On-duty air defense forces and means of REB in the sky above Voronezh was detected and destroyed an unmanned aerial vehicle," he wrote in his Telegram-channel.

Gusev specified that there were no casualties or damage.

Earlier in the day, Tula Region Governor Dmitry Milyaev reported a massive drone attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the region. According to preliminary data, the aerial targets were hit. Milyaev specified that there was no information about casualties and damage. The situation is under the control of specialists.

Ukrainian militants are trying to strike Russian territories against the background of the special operation in Donbass, the beginning of which was announced on February 24, 2022. The decision was taken due to the aggravation of the situation in the region due to shelling by the Ukrainian military.
