In the west of Moscow, a man set fire to an apartment in a multi-storey building
A man set fire to a one-room apartment in a multi-storey building in the west of Moscow. This was reported on January 13 by the source of "Izvestia".
"Ignition in a one-room apartment on the first floor on the area of 40 square meters," - specified the interlocutor.
According to his information, the landlady of the apartment was able to evacuate on her own before the firefighters arrived. Specialists had to rescue the perpetrator of the fire, which was found between the second and third floors. In addition, firefighters evacuated a child and a girl, who was recorded poisoning by products of combustion. She refused to be hospitalized.
On the footage of "Izvestia" you can see the fire bursting out of the windows of the apartment to the street, as well as a column of black smoke rising upwards.
"We were just having dinner with the family. When we opened the window, we could smell it right away. I opened [the window], I see smoke coming from below. First smoke, then after a while the fire started," resident of the house Mairam Kaimovna told Izvestia.
Earlier, on January 9, a source of "Izvestia" reported that in Solnechnogorsk, Moscow region, a 38-year-old man deliberately set fire to a house with three people inside. At the time of the incident, a 43-year-old woman, her neighbor and an unknown person were inside the house. The woman died on the spot, and the second tenant and his companion managed to leave the burning building. January 10, it became known that a 38-year-old resident of Moldova, who set fire to the house, was arrested for two months until March 8. The man is charged with murder of his ex-wife and attempted murder of her acquaintance.
