In Tula, the fire in the military hospital was localized. About it on January 13 reported the press service of the government of the region on the official website.

"In extinguishing the fire involved 22 units of equipment, 65 personnel of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Thanks to the coordinated and professional actions of the Tula firefighters managed to prevent the transition of fire to neighboring buildings. The fire has been localized," the report says.

Work on the elimination of the fire continues. It is noted that fire extinguishing is complicated by the fact that the hospital consists of wooden ceilings and partitions with voids.

The fire in Tula was reported earlierin the day. The fire occurred on Sovetskaya Street in a military hospital, from which 57 people were evacuated as a result of the incident. There were no fatalities or casualties. The preliminary cause of the fire was attributed to faulty electrical wiring.

All patients evacuated from the burning hospital were placed in other hospitals. The spire and part of the roof of the military hospital collapsed due to the fire.
