A man with a knife attacked people at Krasnoyarsk airport

A 40-year-old man with a knife attacked people at Krasnoyarsk airport. This was reported in the Telegram-channel of the Siberian transport police on January 13.

Footage from the scene shows how the attacker, being on the first floor of the airport terminal complex, throws a knife on the ground at the sight of police officers, after which he was detained. According to preliminary data, the attacker suddenly stabbed the 39-year-old victim several times.

"Employees of the medical service of the airport provided the victim with the necessary assistance, after which he was taken to one of the hospitals of Krasnoyarsk", - specified in the department.

The circumstances and causes of the incident are being established. The question of initiation of criminal proceedings is being decided.

Earlier in the day it was reported that in Shchelkovo, Moscow region, three people were injured after a man attacked the staff and visitors of the store with a knife. The victims received slash wounds. The offender is detained. A criminal case of attempted murder has been opened.
