More than 100 thousand people visited museums near Moscow on New Year's days
More than 113 thousand people visited the state museums of the Moscow region during these New Year holidays. These are the data of the regional Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
One of the most popular was the state historical and art museum "New Jerusalem". Thus, the exhibition "Weightlessness. Alexander Labas about speed, progress and love", which these days is held in the walls of the museum, attracted about 6 thousand people.
Also of great interest was the exhibition "Transformed Nature. Landscape of the XIX-XX centuries from the collection of the Russian Museum" in the Zvenigorod Museum-Reserve and the exhibition "Factory Avant-Garde. The pattern of the new world" in the Serpukhov Museum of History and Art.
Over 30 thousand concerts, lectures and master classes were held in the New Year vacations in museums near Moscow, writes the online edition "Podmoskovye Segodnya" with reference to the agency.
Earlier the Moscow Region festival "Tsar's Ear" was recognized as one of the best among similar events in the regions of Russia and neighboring countries. The festival, which is held every year in the village of Beloomut near Lukhovitsy, became a second degree diploma winner in the final of the international award Russian Event Awards in the nomination "The best tourist event in the field of rural tourism".
