Residents of the Murmansk region have been warned of strong winds and warming temperatures

As writes IA "Beeport" with reference to the Murmansk UHMS, on the coast of Murman gusts of southwest wind will reach 20 m/s. In the west and in the central part of the Barents Sea will blow north-westerly wind also at a speed of up to 20 m/s. In the northeast - southeasterly, with a speed of 16 m/s. Slow icing of ships is possible.

At the same time the air temperature will be from -8 to -3 degrees. In places the temperature will fall to -13 degrees.

Earlier, on January 10, leading specialist of the information agency "Meteonovosti" Tatyana Pozdnyakova told "Izvestia" that the second half of winter in Moscow will be warm. At the same time, according to her, the lowest temperature in the current month will be observed in the last five days.
