Vandals defaced the fence of the war memorial cemetery in Yaroslavl, Yaroslavl Region reported on January 13.
The photo of the painted wall was published in social networks by local residents. They called to find the hooligans and bring them to justice.
In the UMVD of Russia in the Yaroslavl region reported the beginning of the inspection.
