In Moscow, an educational complex will be built on the site of the former industrial zone "Altufievskoye Shosse" under the program of integrated development of territories. This was reported on January 12 by Vladimir Efimov, Deputy Mayor of the capital for urban policy and construction.

The investor plans to erect a modern residential quarter on the plot of over 29 hectares, the infrastructure of which will be supplemented by an educational complex consisting of a school for 375 pupils and a kindergarten for 200 pupils, reports the agency of city news "Moscow".

The territory is located between Altufievskoye highway, Khachaturian street and the Likhoborka river in walking distance from Moscow city station "Okruzhnaya" and metro station "Otradnoye". Also nearby is the Moscow high-speed diameter, site kp.ru specifies.

In total under the project KRT is planned to erect 618 thousand square meters of various real estate, including housing, social, public-business and industrial facilities, reports RIAMO. After the realization of the project will be created more than 5.2 thousand jobs, writes NSN. A green zone for hiking will be landscaped in the residential quarter.

In December, Vladimir Efimov said that in the districts of Pokrovskoye-Streshnevo and Yuzhnoye Tushino will reorganize two sites with a total area of 8.11 hectares within the framework of the CRT. On the site in Pokhodny proezd it is planned to build a college with an area of more than 33 thousand square meters, notes IA Regnum.

At the same time it became known that in Moscow under the KRT program reorganize the site in Yuzhnoportovoi district. The plot of 0.44 hectares is located on Simonovsky Val Street. There it is planned to erect a new space with housing. In walking distance from it is the metro station "Proletarskaya".

In October it was reported that in the Donskoy district of Moscow will reorganize the site under the KRT program. A modern business quarter will be erected there. It is planned to build sports and cultural and entertainment centers, cafes, banks, restaurants and stores, reports 360.ru.
