An official from Krasnodar Krai who swore at the volunteers of the bird cleaning center has apologized

On January 12, Deputy Minister of Education of Krasnodar Region Sergey Uraikin told Izvestia details about the conflict with volunteers of the center for cleaning birds from fuel oil.

According to him, it was agreed in advance with the volunteers of the center that the point was closed for a few days to move to a new place, but suddenly received information that in an urgent manner volunteers began to move things from the old place to the new at midnight. Uraikin then traveled there to look into the reasons for the changed circumstances.

The official admitted that he used foul language, as he could not control his emotions in such a situation. At the same time Uraikin noted that a young man filmed him stealthily.

"My task is to create conditions for volunteers as much as possible - when you see that they are kicked out at night ... anyone else would have reacted the same way. I sincerely apologize, from my side, this is not acceptable, I gave weakness, emotions are already just off the charts," he commented.

On this day Uraikin berated the volunteers of the center for cleaning birds from fuel oil with a mat because of their complaints about the closure of the center for rehabilitation of birds. According to Uraikin, he was embarrassed all over the country and almost gave him a heart attack. He accused the volunteers of speculating on information and creating panic in the country - in a fit of emotion he used foul language.
