The movie "Finist. The First Bogatyr", released on January 1, became one of the most popular films, collecting at the box office more than 2 billion rubles. More than 4 million viewers went to the cinemas to see the film.

Tickets for the film in prime time are difficult to get, even though in many cinemas it was shown in several halls at once.

The success of the film at the box office is due not only to financial investments, but also with a strong plot, humor, special effects and a stellar cast, including the unexpected reincarnation of actress Julia Peresild in Baba Yaga.

"We always knew that milk apples in the Russian fairy tale exist, Baba Yaga exists, it's not imaginary, but we have never combined them yet. We've finally tried it. So it's like it's very organic", - said the artist.

General producer Denis Zhalinsky emphasized that they always make movies to make the audience leave the hall with a smile, because in the New Year holidays want to be happy and get positive emotions.

The premiere of the fairy-tale blockbuster took place on January 1. Viewers were especially impressed with Finist's helpers - Baba-Yaga, played by actress Yulia Peresild, as well as the camel Jamal.

On December 28 last year, the actors of the film revealed that for the action scenes they took courses in Russian fist fighting and weapon possession.

"Finist. The First Bogatyr" - a joint project of the studio Yellow, Black and White, online cinema START and TV channel "Russia", created with the support of the Cinema Fund. The film was released in wide distribution by distributor NMG Kinoprokat, part of the National Media Group (NMG) holding. "Finist. The first bogatyr" tells how the Bylin hero together with his assistants goes to the eastern lands and fights there with fairy tale opponents.
