Pulkovo Airport temporarily suspended operations due to difficult weather conditions

St. Petersburg Pulkovo Airport is closed for receiving and dispatching aircraft due to difficult weather conditions. This was reported on Sunday, January 12, in the press service of the air harbor.

"Pulkovo is working in difficult weather conditions. At the moment to clean the runway from snow, the airport has suspended the reception and dispatch of aircraft," - stated in the message in the Telegram-channel.

Preliminarily, the airport will resume the reception and dispatch of aircraft at 9:15 Moscow time. Later, the work restrictions were extended until the normalization of conditions.

Earlier, on January 11, the airports of Kazan, Nizhnekamsk and Ulyanovsk imposed restrictions on the reception and release of aircraft, which were later lifted. At the same time, work restrictions were imposed at Kirov airport, they were canceled at 23:00 Moscow time.
