The airports of Kirov and Ufa temporarily restricted the reception and release of airplanes

Temporary restrictions on the operation of airports have been introduced in Kirov and Ufa. This was reported by Rosaviatsia official representative Artem Korenyako on January 11.

At the airport of Kirov restrictions have been operating since 18:45 Moscow time, the air harbor of Ufa is temporarily closed since 18:50 Moscow time.

Earlier, from 17:40 Moscow time, restrictions were also imposed at Izhevsk airport.

On January 11, Rosaviatsia restricted the work of several Russian airports. As a representative of the agency noted, such measures are taken to ensure the safety of civilian airplane flights. Temporary restrictions were imposed at the airports of Kazan, Nizhnekamsk and Ulyanovsk. During their action, two airplanes traveling to Kazan landed at an alternate airfield in Ufa.

Later, the flight restrictions at these airports were canceled. However, at 16:30 Moscow time the work of the air harbor in Nizhnekamsk was suspended again, at 19:20 Moscow time the restrictions were lifted.

The restrictions imposed earlier in the day on the work of Saratov airport (Gagarin) were also lifted. From 14:30 the air harbor began to function in the normal mode.

Then, 17:40 Moscow time, the restrictions on the reception and release of aircraft at the airport of Ulyanovsk were lifted. During their period of validity, one airplane landed at an alternate airfield. The restrictions were introduced earlier to ensure flight safety. At the same time with Ulyanovsk, temporary restrictions were imposed on the operation of Samara airport, at 19:20 they were lifted.
