Two people were injured in Belgorod region as a result of an AFU attack

Two civilians were injured as a result of a strike by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on Belgorod Region. This was reported by the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov on Saturday, January 11.

"In the Belgorod district at the intersection of the roads Cheremoshnoye - Oktyabrsky, two men were injured as a result of a drone attack on a car: one has a barotrauma and a bruised leg, the second has a barotrauma," he wrote in his Telegram channel.

The victims were hospitalized, they are receiving the necessary assistance.

In the settlement of Borisovka UAV also attacked a commercial facility, the roof was damaged.

Operational services are working on the ground. Data on the consequences are being clarified.

On the eve Gladkov reported that as a result of the attack of the AFU drones on a moving car and a flight bus in the region killed three people. It was specified that all the injured were hospitalized.

The AFU is trying to strike Russian territories against the background of the special operation in Donbass, the beginning of which was announced on February 24, 2022. The decision was taken due to the aggravation of the situation in the region due to shelling by the Ukrainian military.
