Tagansky court of Moscow has registered administrative protocols against musician Noize MC (recognized as a foreign agent) and activist Zalina Marshenkulova (foreign agent, included in the list of terrorists and extremists). This is reported in the court filing of January 10.

The court imputes to them the lack of labeling in publications on the Internet. The musician and activist faces a fine of up to 50 thousand rubles.

"Registered cases of administrative offense against Marshenkulova Z.H. and Alekseev I.A.," - stated in the card index.

In addition, the instance registered a protocol in relation to the recognized foreign agent blogger Ilya Varlamov for a similar reason.

The date of the court hearings has not yet been announced.

Marshenkulova was included in the list of terrorists and extremists by Rosfinmonitoring on October 10, 2024. The Ministry of Justice added her to the register of foreign agents on September 6.

Noize MC The Ministry of Justice entered the register of individuals performing the functions of foreign agents in November 2022. The rapper is based outside of the Russian Federation. Later, on June 18, 2024, activists of the movement "Call of the People" asked to include rapper Noize MC in the list of terrorists and extremists for performing in a T-shirt with symbols of the Ukrainian nationalist battalion "Azov" (recognized as a terrorist organization, banned in Russia).

On May 15, 2023, Varlamov filed lawsuits against the Russian Ministry of Justice to have his foreign agent status removed, but it was not granted. Later, on August 14, 2024, the Second Cassation Court of General Jurisdiction in Moscow again refused to remove Varlamov's foreign agent status. In November of the same year, a criminal case was initiated against the blogger for evading his duties as a foreign agent.
