The highest growth of average salary offers for applicants for cab service was recorded in Altai Krai, where average offers for new employees increased by 36% in 2024 and reached 137,703 rubles per month in full-time employment. This is stated in the research results of analysts of the platform "Avito Work", which were read by "Izvestia" on January 13.

Primorsky Krai and Perm Krai also showed a noticeable increase in salaries year-on-year - 32% and 31%, respectively. Candidates for vacancies of cab drivers in Primorsky Krai could count on average on 133 816 rubles per month, and in Perm Krai - on 135 127 rubles per month for a full-time job, the experts found out.

More began to be offered to applicants for cab driver vacancies in the Kaliningrad and Leningrad regions. Average salary offers for candidates in Kaliningrad region increased by 31%, and in Leningrad region - by 30% for the year, employers offered 123 380 rubles and 129 555 rubles per month to applicants in the cab industry, respectively.

According to the results of the study, in Russia as a whole, cab drivers were offered a salary 24% higher than a year earlier. In 2024, the all-Russian average salary offers for new employees in the cab industry amounted to 129,402 rubles per month for a full-time job.

"The growth of salary offers for cab drivers in various regions of Russia confirms the high demand for these workers. The trend is especially noticeable in regions where the tourism and infrastructure sectors are developing, as well as in large agglomerations where cabs remain an important part of the transportation system.
